Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Attune mobile application (“App”), developed and operated by Attune Labs B.V.  By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

    • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

    The Attune App provides mindfulness-based neurofeedback training using EEG signals from the BrainBit headband. It includes both the CEVAM method (focused attention training) and a relaxation protocol (Alpha-Up). A BrainBit headband is required to use the App.

    You may be required to register and create an account to use certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.

    Access to the App may require a paid subscription after a free 7-day trial. Details of pricing and billing will be displayed in the App and on the website. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing unless cancelled before the renewal date.

    Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and use your EEG and other personal data. By using the App, you consent to these practices.

    All content, algorithms, and methods provided through the App are the intellectual property of Attune Labs B.V.  You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

    The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any neurofeedback or meditation practice.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attune Labs B.V.  shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the bottom. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
